Sprotfilet gerookt
Sprot is familie van de haring. Geweldig visje om in een hapje te gebruiken omdat de kleine dunne filetjes zo makkelijk neer te leggen zijn op bijvoorbeeld een stukje komkommer. Ook leuk op een amuselepel met een klein dotje mayonaise met wasabi. Kleine stukjes tomaat en ui erbij en u heeft weer eens wat anders dan het standaard hapje van de gerookte vissoorten.
